For many years, we have formulated the criteria according to which we build boiler houses for our customers.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-top\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top\">\n<h3>1. High efficiency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating industrial plants, to achieve the maximum level of efficiency, compromise technical solutions that are inherent in conventional serial boilers are abandoned. This means that capital investment will be higher, but this will be offset by low operating costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top\">\n<h3>2. Maximum automation of all processes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An industrial boiler house is primarily aimed at ensuring the technological processes of enterprises (steam supply, drying of raw materials, heating in livestock farming, etc.). Consequently, the human factor can cause critical losses at the enterprise as a whole. Therefore, the control of an industrial boiler plant relies on an automation system<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top\">\n<h3>4. Compliance with environmental regulations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Compliance with environmental standards is a mandatory requirement of modern production. Given that the most obvious source of harmful emissions is always the chimneys of boiler plants, compliance with all environmental standards in the construction of boiler plants is a guarantee of smooth operation of the entire enterprise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3>5. Long service life<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The service life of a boiler plant determines the economic feasibility of building a new boiler plant or reconstructing an existing one. As a result, an industrial boiler plant should have a guaranteed service life without major repairs of at least 20 years. Under the influence of high temperature and lack of oxygen, autothermal gasification of the fuel occurs.
