Benefits.<\/td>the best efficiency for solid fuel boilers - 92% 
low content of CO and NOx in flue gases (1.5 times lower than the regulatory permissible emission limits);
no sintering and melting of ash;
no resin and soot deposits on the boiler heating surfaces and gas flues;
minimal involvement of operating personnel in the technological process;
The boiler's operation over the entire operating load range has become sustainable;
minimum amount of waste in the form of ash (due to the presence of an afterburner)<\/td><\/tr>
The basic scheme of operation<\/td>Primary gasification of the fuel takes place with a lack of oxygen in a lined burner chamber (afterburner) in a quasi-boiling layer with automatic maintenance of the combustion temperature of 1000...1100 \u00b0C.
Further, a local turbulence zone is formed in the outlet neck of the firebox by secondary blowing nozzles, which contributes to the intensive combustion of gasification products and the formation of a zone of high temperature of 1500...1700\u00b0C. Thus, a high-temperature flame coming out of the firebox into the boiler flame tube ensures combustion of combustible gases and increased heat transfer from combustion products to heat exchange surfaces<\/td><\/tr>
Control elements<\/td>The combustion processes and load regulation are managed by a controller and four frequency converters that control the screw drive, electric motors of the primary and secondary air fans, and the smoke exhauster.<\/td><\/tr>
