It was in an emergency condition and required dismantling. The chimney served a boiler house equipped with two steam boilers, each producing 4 tons of steam per hour and operating on natural gas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The client tasked IVK ENERGIA with developing a new working project for a chimney that would ensure reliable boiler house operation during the heating season. <strong>new working draft of the chimney<\/strong>, \u044f\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u0431\u0438 \u0437\u0430\u0431\u0435\u0437\u043f\u0435\u0447\u0438\u0432 \u043d\u0430\u0434\u0456\u0439\u043d\u0443 \u0440\u043e\u0431\u043e\u0442\u0443 \u043a\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0456 \u0432 \u043e\u043f\u0430\u043b\u044e\u0432\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0438\u0439 \u0441\u0435\u0437\u043e\u043d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Scope of Work Completed by IVK ENERGIA <strong>design part of the works<\/strong>The company carried out the full engineering and design portion of the project, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>engineering surveys and analysis of the existing foundation slab<\/li>\n<li>preparation of all sections of the working project (KB, KM, TX, ETR, K);<\/li>\n<li>aerodynamic, structural, and technological calculations;<\/li>\n<li>development of drawings for foundations, steel structures, flue ducts, and lightning protection;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of the explanatory note and project specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the same time, IVK ENERGIA provided continuous technical support <strong>constant technical support of the project<\/strong> during the fabrication and installation stages, maintaining direct communication with both the Client and the installation contractor. All questions related to project details, structural nodes, materials, or technical solutions were promptly clarified by our engineers.<\/p>\n<p>This cooperation model ensured that the installation was performed strictly in accordance with the design intent and project requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Engineering Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project documentation was initiated in the summer of 2025. Based on the initial data, geological surveys, and assessment of the existing foundation slab, the possibility of using the existing reinforced concrete base as a sublayer for the new foundation of the steel chimney tower was confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>The project included:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> 1. New Chimney<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 stainless steel AISI 304 construction, 1 mm thick;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 50 mm insulation and an external 0.5 mm stainless steel casing;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 internal diameter \u00d8700\/\u00d8800 mm;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 height \u2014 24 m. <strong>24 \u043c<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> 2. Steel Support Tower<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 height \u2014 22 m;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 triangular steel frame structure;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 chimney attachment using brackets and spacing clamps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> 3. New Flue Ducts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 replacement of existing external steel flues with new insulated stainless-steel ducts;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 installation of inspection hatches and explosion-relief devices;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 installation of shut-off dampers enabling operation in the mode \u201cone boiler running \u2014 one boiler in reserve.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> 4.
