Mykola Ivanovych Ovchynikov (14.09.1941 - 21.05.2013)

Founder and first CEO of the company.

He is an electrical engineer. Graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics in 1966. He worked in the field of electrical engineering in senior positions at state-owned enterprises. Among other things, he worked at the Kharkiv branch of the Kyiv Specialised Commissioning Department of Orgpischeprom. In 1988, he founded the Engineering and Production Cooperative Energia. He remained the company's permanent manager and leader until the end of his life.

Igor V. Ryabokobylenko, Candidate of Engineering Sciences (Ph. D.)

CEO of LLC "IVK Energy"

He graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute in 1972. More than 20 years of teaching and research experience at the department of the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute. He worked at the Department of Power Plants of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering Problems of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Candidate of Technical Sciences. Associate Professor.

He joined ENERGY in 1996 as Head of the Heat Engineering Department. Later he was promoted to the position of Chief Engineer of the company. In 2004, he became the head of LLC IVK ENERGY, and has been successfully managing the company ever since.

Serhiy Poltavsky

Chairman of the Board of Engineering and Production Cooperative Energia

He graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Railway Transport with a degree in thermal power engineering. He joined the company as a student in 1994 as a commissioning engineer for thermal equipment. He worked his way up through the ranks and in 2013 took over the management of Energia.

Certified design engineer.

Dmytro Borovskiy

Commercial Director.  

Education: mechanical engineer. Graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute in 1994.

Since 2000, he has held senior positions in trading and construction companies. Joined the Energia team in 2014
