Turnkey gasification: from preparing the initial data and obtaining the Technical Requirements to commissioning the finished facility and servicing the facility.

Gasification of a facility consists of the following stages:
- Preparation of initial data and obtaining technical requirements from the gas service.
- Project development (for example, a gas boiler project or a dryer gasification project).
- Approval of the project by the gas service (production and technical department, chief metrologist department).
- Performing project expertise
- Registration of a gas supply facility with the territorial office of the State Labour Service.
- Construction of a gas supply facility, handing over the facility to the gas service and representatives of the State Labour Service.
- Commissioning of the gas supply system.
- Servicing of the gas supply system during operation.
We also accompany the Client and provide assistance in these structures in the implementation of its plans for gasification of the facility at all stages.
Since the 2000s, IVK Energy has been performing a full range of works from design to commissioning of grain drying plants and heat generators for various purposes. We also carry out verification tests of safety automation systems and provide the relevant inspection reports.
In addition, IVK Energy carries out regular thermal testing of boilers with the preparation of regime cards.
