Specialists of our company have developed project documentation and carried out installation works on installation of compressor unit and compressed air pipelines in the workshop of the enterprise in Valki, Kharkiv region.
The project provides for:
- Installation of a compressor room in the workshop
The following equipment is provided as part of the compressor room:
- Comp Air L15-7,5 compressor, N=15 kW, 2,7 m³/min
- dryer SD310
- two main air filters
- shut-off valves (flanged and coupling taps)
- Placement of compressed air receiver RV 900,800-31 in the enclosure on the outside of the compressor room.
- Technological openings to accommodate air handling units
- Solutions for laying ø76 mm compressed air pipelines from the compressor room on the shop floor with 18 Du20 downpipes to process air consumers.
The project was completed with high quality and within the agreed timeframe. The installation of compressed air pipelines and compressor equipment was carried out in parallel with construction work in the workshop and installation of process equipment. All works were completed on time, allowing the production processes to start up exactly as planned.
